Even the most incredible journeys often start from a small, careful step. For Mr. Ng Ching Ming and Ms. Tan Lee Lee, they both started from nothing but shared a mutual friendship that later blossomed into both a loving family and also a bustling business.
It did not take long for their chrysanthemum enterprise to flourish beyond expectations. They took great care to never take the success and good life for granted. But the question was always there: what if their children did not share their parents’ passion and dedication to the flower business?
It was not until an eye-opening visit to an international exhibition a few years ago that the children too saw the light. They were dazzled by dozens of different chrysanthemum species that they had never seen before. Awe-struck, they came home and convinced their parents that they needed to share the joy with friends and family back home.
After much research, the family’s own efforts paid off in the form of new unique variants of chrysanthemums that bloomed in magnificent hues. This went on to become a huge success both in Malaysia and around South East Asia, proving that it was indeed time to pass on the reins.
Today, the children Vincent and Andrea are busily working on taking the entire business to the next level with their parents’ guidance. They want to ensure that new generations will also learn to love the timeless beauty of chrysanthemums.

By removing all the side buds during its growth, Disbud chrysanthemums truly stand out from the crowd with single, large flower that adorns each individual stalk. In full bloom, the Disbuds can reach an impressive 15cm in diameter with plenty of optional colour choices, making them the perfect centerpieces to any arrangement or bouquet.
The Disbud Chrysanthemum has one single large flower per stem produced by removing all side buds when plant was young. Disbuds are used as a focal flower in arrangements and bouquets. The average size of a Disbud bloom is 7-15cm in diameter. Available in an array of colors.
